摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electrochemical synthesis of a biopolymer array. <P>SOLUTION: This method for electrochemical production of the biopolymer array including a bonded biopolymer comprising a porous membrane and a monomer/oligomer/polymer biopolymer organizing block comprises (a) a process for providing an electrode array; (b) a process for providing the porous membrane; (c) a process for providing a liquid reagent including a monomer/oligomer/polymer biopolymer organizing block including a bonding portion for the biopolymer organizing block carrying an electrochemically-unstable protection group; (d) a process for bringing the porous membrane into physical contact with the electrode array; (e) a process for deprotecting the protection group of the bonding portion by applying an electric potential to a selection electrode of the electrode array, and a process for bringing the porous membrane and the electrode array into physical contact with the liquid reagent and bonding them to the bonding portion where the monomer/oligomer/polymer biopolymer organizing block is electrochemically deprotected; and (f) a process for taking out the biopolymer array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
