A liquid-type water repellent is provided to ensure low viscosity and surface tension, wide particle diameter distribution, excellent flame retardancy, water permeation resistance, absorbing resistance, and to improve performance of a concrete structure. A liquid-type water repellent for concrete surface protection comprises a base material and additives. The base material is made of water-soluble synthetic rubber latex 25~75 weight% and organic silicone compound 75~25 weight%. The liquid-type water repellent is obtained by emulsifying a mixture consisting of a non-ionic emulsifier 3~6 parts by weight, a dispersing agent 1~2 parts by weight, an 3~6 parts by weight, a dispersing agent 1~2 parts by weight, amphoteric stabilizer 1~3 parts by weight, a pH adjusting agent 0.5~1.0 parts by weight, and an antifoaming agent 0.3~0.8 parts by weight based on the base material 100.0 the parts by weight. |
