PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a method thereof are provided to improve color reproduction by showing a color through a microcavity effect. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of thin film transistors are arranged on a first substrate. An insulating layer(140) is formed on the plural thin film transistors. A pixel electrode is formed on the insulating layer and is connected to one of the thin film transistors. An organic light emitting member is formed on the pixel electrode. A common electrode(270) is formed on the organic light emitting member. An adhesive member is formed on the common electrode.
