PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the amount of stroboscopic light emission for the purpose of a proper exposure by previously setting the exposure information, such as, film sensitivity, diaphragm value, and distance of object, etc., and controlling the flash tube light emission circuit based on the above information. CONSTITUTION:In relation to the shutter opening the trigger circuit is operated, and and flash tube is energized by the charged load of capacitor to emit light. When the quench tube is conductive, electric current flows through it and it is made to bypass, hence the flash tube stops its light emission. As compared with the device of prior art in which the amount of stroboscopic light emission may by controlled, the present device is provided with arithmetic circuit 13 to which diaphragm value information 10, film sensitivity information 11, and distance of object information 12 are imputted for the purpose of controlling the operatin of the quench tube 8. The output counted in accordance with these exposure informations is given to the control circut 14. After the predetermined time, the quench tube 8 is conductive to stop the light emission of the flash tube 5, hence the controlled amount of light emission can be obtained. |
