PURPOSE:To reduce the number of bolt-fastening processes and operate efficiently and shorten greatly assembly work, by the use of fitting for assembling parts in a casing without using bolts except for the fastening of the outer cover with bolts. CONSTITUTION:Stator 2 is pressure-inserted into the inner wall of casing 1 and corresponding rotor 3 is pressure-inserted into the drive shaft of screw rotor 5, and thereby a motor unit is formed. Bearing metals 6, 8 and 10 of screw rotor 5 are pressure-inserted into the housings of corresponding cover 7, casing 1 and cover 9 respectively, support screw rotor 5 and form a compression element. Further, oil-separating demister 12, strainer 21 and other attachments are fitted by fitting without using bolts. In this way, by using fitting in assembling component parts in casing 1, assembling work is simplified greatly and efficiency is increased. |
