PURPOSE:To prevent disabled oscillation even in case of a wiring pattern broken in error by forming the wiring pattern, connecting a piezoelectric oscillator and integrated circuit together, and a capacitor on one surface and then an auxiliary wiring pattern on the reverse surface. CONSTITUTION:In sealed container 1, integrated circuit element 10 including piezoelectric oscillator 9 and an oscillating circuit driving piezoelectric oscillator 9 is provided, and piezoelectric oscillator 9 and integrated circuit element 10 are connected together by wiring substrate 17. As for wiring substrate 17, conductive layer 20, dielectric layer 21 and conductor layer 22 are stacked on one surface of substrate 18 to form capacitors 23 and 24, and auxiliary patterns 25 and 26 having the wiring contents similar to those of said wiring pattern are formed on the reverse surface of substrate 18. Then, trimming those capacitors adjusts their capacities, adjusting the oscillation frequency. |
