PURPOSE:To make measurements and indications of measuring voltages which change rapidly with a simple and small sized constitution, by controlling the time of turned on and off of the light from the light source for making luminous scannings on the scale board in accordance with the input voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the location to be scanned initially of a scale board 6 is detected by a luminous scanner 5, a switch S of a lamp voltage generator 3 is closed through a scanning location detector 7. Then, a capacitor C is charged during the period from a time when an SCR is turned on through a diode ED until the SCR reaches the discharging period. When this charging voltage is impressed upon a comparator 2 as a reference voltage, compared with the input voltage from a terminal 1, and becomes larger than the input voltage, the output of the comparator 2 is inversed and an LED4 of a scanning light source is turned off. Moreover, the input voltage is displayed on the scale board as bar codes. Because of this simple and small sized constitution which does not use any needles, measuring voltage which change rapidly can be measured and indicated accurately. |
