PURPOSE:To resolve mechanically the fault propagating route, by giving a local inspection to the composition or the function of a part of a large-scale plant. CONSTITUTION:A plant is divided into some parts by giving notice to the function, the fault phenomenon, etc., and the hard machinery called a unit is provided opposite to each divided part. A unit aggregate 40 is formed by collecting all of these units, and each unit is set under the intial state or the fault state by a CPU39 and through a command transmission route 44. Such units are connected to a unit coupler 41, and the range of connection is given from the CPU39 through a command transmission the line 45. Thus a nuit coupling network is formed. The faulty unit is detected by the aggregate 40, and the fault propagating route is decided by a fault propagating route deciding unit 42. An advance type or a reverse type to follow the result of fault and follow the reason of fault is selected by the CPU39 and through a transmisstion line 46. And the propagating route of a phenomenon is displayed on a display device 43. |
