FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and is intended for preventing and treating retinopathy in premature newborns. Method includes performing vitreo-schwartotomy with pulse YAG-laser at wavelength 1.064 mcm with cutting of sheet-anchors perpendicular to direction of tension of sheet-anchors on section of its minimum thickness and vascularisation. Vitreo-schwartotomy is carried out with laser pulses with energy of 5-15 mJ with number of pulses of 5-30. From following day after intervention, prescribing emoxipine 1% solution at 1 drop 5 times a day, then, starting from 3-5 days after intervention, performing combined instillation of hemase 5000 ED per 1.0 ml 1 % emoxypine, diluted in said solution of emoxipine, at 1 drop 3-5 times a day for at least two weeks, and additionally augmented instillation - in morning every 5 minutes for one hour in first 10 days of combined therapy.EFFECT: prevention and treatment of retinopathy in premature newborns.1 cl, 2 ex |
