According to the drawing the invention relates to a draw-means anchor claw for support segments or chock props of support sections in underground working, in which anchor claw the draw means is linked to a stirrup which absorbs the forces of the draw-means strand on a flank of the support section enclosed by one clamping plate each, in which arrangement, to reduce the technical outlay and achieve more favourable loading ratios, provision is made for the stirrup (17) to form a construction unit with a ring nut (16) which is screwed onto an end part (15) of a bolt thread (14) passing through one of the clamping plates (4), and for a bolt (10) acting as a tie rod to be arranged with its straight shank (9) in front of the flange (3) of the support section (1) and for it to be supported with a head (11) on the outside of the clamping plate (4) absorbing the forces of the draw means. <IMAGE>
