PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which makes automation of assembling of panel blocks possible through automation of welding by the constitution wherein transverse materials or floor materials are positioned in the horizontal direction while the materials are held on carriages and skin materials with lounge materials are fitted up. CONSTITUTION:Plural floor materials 1 are supported on carriages 4, which are nade movable horizontally by rolls 5 on rails 3, by means of holders 7 from the lower parts by making the top end surfaces of said floor materials flush to a prescribed height. A pair of positioning devices 8, 8, which are made movable horizontally by means of rack mechanisms 9 along rails 6 on the carriages 4, are brought into contact with the end faces on both sides of said materials 1, whereby the floor materials are positioned in the horizontal direction. The lounge materials 11 of the skin materials 12 with the materials 11 disposed on the floor materials 1 are clamped by fitting-up devices 10 provided in combination with said holders 7 and are brought downward to fit up the top ends of the materials 1 and the materials 12. The contact parts thereof are welded with automatic welding machines. |
