The invention relates to the unclogging of the grid 2, 3 of a fruit-crushing and stalk-removing machine with rotating drum. Above the rotating drum, the fixed boom (ramp) 5 has flexible fingers 8, each of which bends and bangs in step with the passage of the rectilinear bars 2 of the rotating drum. This unclogs the grid and rejects the leaves 10 inwards at the end of operation, and the jets of water 14 from the boom (ramp) 5 ensure cleaning.
