PURPOSE:To automate allotment of a guest room when checking in by allotting a guest room to be checked in according to the order of guest rooms stored in an order storing section. CONSTITUTION:When a guest orders a guest room, a front man operates a keyboard 1 to make an arithmetic processing section 2 check-in business state, and presses successively room class keys S, T, D, SUT, number keys 6, and number of rooms key 10 and transmits data to the arithmetic processing section 2. Then, the status of guest rooms in a status memory 3 is checked successively according to the order of an order memory 4, and room number which can be checked in is selected successively, and sent to a display 5 and displayed by flickering. When a guest room key 7 and a check-in key 8 are depressed according to the display, the state of check-in is written in the status memory 3 and stored. |
