PURPOSE:To reduce line-to-line capacity of an inductive parts, and to enable to be used in a high-frequency region by a method wherein a zigzag type conductive pattern is formed on an insulating substrate in the condition interposing an interval mutually. CONSTITUTION:An insulating substrate 1 is constructed of a material having flexibility, conductive foil 2 is formed on the surface on one side according to evaporation of copper, etc. for example, and etching is performed properly to leave a conductive pattern 3 extending in a zigzag type on the insultating substrate 1. Then slits 4 of the plural number of pieces are formed penetrating the insulating substrate 1, and cores 5 are inserted in order in the respective slits 4 making the extending regions of the conductive pattern 3 interposed between the respective slits 4 of the plural number of pieces to be in the condition curved upward and downward alternately utilizing flexibility of the insulating substrate 1. The conductive pattern 3 extends spirally substantially at the peripheries of the cores 5 in this condition, and when both edge parts are used as terminals 6, 7, an inductance value L can be obtained between the terminals thereof. |
