PURPOSE:To allow water to flow by allowing an inflow port and an effluence port to communicate each other through manual operation even in power failure, by arranging a manually operating valve for the communication and cut-off between the inflow port and the effluence port, into a bypass passage for the communication to a passage. CONSTITUTION:An opening hole 33 is formed onto the peripheral wall of a cylinder body 15 and serves as a bypass passage for the communication between a flow passage on an inflow port 2 side and a flow passage on an effluence port 3 side. Said opening hole 33 is freely opened and closed by a valve 34, and the communication between the inflow port 2 and the effluence port 3 is cut-off by manually operating the valve 34 through a cock 36. Since electromagnetic coils 11 and 12 are not excited in power failure, a plunger 14 is pressed by a spring 30, and a valve 16 is kept in closed state. If the valve 34 is opened by operating the cock 36, the opening hole 33 is opened to form a bypass passage, and water flows in the direction of arrow D. |
