The arrangement for discharging saturated flue gas is for gas at a temp. where thermoplastics materials e.g. plastics or rubber can be used. A relatively thin-walled hose line (1) is held open by stretching springs (7), which can be folded and/or coiled. The hose material may be synthetic, sheet rubber, or rubberised fabric. The cross-section may be any shape e.g., circular or polygonal. With appropriately-located stretching devices, it can be shaped into an elbow. Using connecting-pieces, a line can be built up of several lengths.
