POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To smoothly transmit power by carrying out such operations as bending, rotation and the like with use of a crank type power transmission system in which crank discs are supported by bearings. CONSTITUTION:Two crank discs 34 and 35 whose outer peripheries are supported by bearings respectively are disposed at the shaft ends of a driving unit 5 in a manner concentric to the shaft ends. Crankshafts 40 and 41 are provided on the discs 34 and 35 respectively. Further, crank discs 38 and 39 and crankshafts 44 and 45 are disposed in a state wherein a handle is rotatable by a bevel gear 17. Power of the driving device 5 is transmitted to the rotation of the handle by means of rods to achieve the rotation drive of the handle.
