New nitrosourea compounds that can be used as medicaments and correspond to the general formula I <IMAGE> (I) in which R1 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or phenyl, R2 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, thienyl, or phenyl which may carry substituents, R3 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, or benzyl which may carry substituents, or R2 and R3 together represent -(CH2)m-, m being 3 or 4. Pharmaceutical compositions; therapeutic administration especially for the treatment of tumours.
