PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear gauge which can correct changes in position of a ball guide and can increase measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: A linear gauge 1 includes: a cylindrical housing 2; a spindle 3 which is inserted inside the housing 2 and moves along an axial direction of the housing 2; and a cylindrical ball guide 52 which guides movements of the spindle 3 with respect to the housing 2 by being interposed between the housing 2 and the spindle 3. The housing 2 is provided with an annular member 51A that is provided for the housing 2 and regulates movements of the ball guide 52 to a base end side of the spindle 3. The spindle 3 is provided with a gage head side diameter enlarged part 33 which is provided for the spindle 3 and regulates movements of the ball guide 52 to an end side of the spindle 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
