PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture materials even if their processings such as rolling and blanking are difficult, by laminating alternatinvely the magnetic material and the insulative coating film material by the plasma jet in the gas atmosphere whose pressure is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The cooling base plate of copper 21 is set at the definite position by the driving equipment 23. The pressure and atmosphere in the gas chamber 1 are set in the most suitable condition by the vacuum pump 2. The electric arc 27 is generated by impressing the necessary voltage across the electrode 6 and the nozzle 8. The argon gas is supplied to the arc 27 by the reaction gas supplying equipment 17, and the plasma is generated. The plasma jet 29 is injected against the surface of the cooling base plate. In this state, powders of magnetic material and insulative coating film material are alternatively supplied to the nozzle 8 from the material-supplying hole 9. Suppying the material is so switched that each of the magnetic material layer and the insulative film layer has the desired thickness. |
