摘要 The present invention consists in the transformation of polymers into five fuels (hydrocarbons) known as paraffin, kerosene, diesel, gasoline and propane-butane gas, which pollutants are reduced. The process is performed by the pyrolysis of the polymers in a reactor that is simultaneously located inside a furnace that contains fuel burners and vapors produced by the process that raises the temperature thereof up to 600°C in the inner portion of the furnace, which heats the reactor where the polymer is melted and evaporated, then the heated vapors emitted by the reactor being overheated and passed to four conical-shaped process tanks, where these are condensed with different pressures and by controlling the condensation temperatures of the fuels vapor, finally the flammable noncondensable vapor, that is propane-butane gas, is used in the process upon being sent to the process vapor burner of the furnace for improving the process, all this being performed at a substantially atmospheric pressure not exceeding the 0.3 kg/cm2 of pressure. the invention is useful for solving issues of complex process plants that transform polymers into a mix of fuels obtained from pyrolysis, which have to be refined with external elements such as fractioning towers, catalysts or extra refining processes that increase costs; the present invention is intended to obtain these five fuels in a continuous manner by means of a plant and a safe, quick and easy process.
