Device for raising a second agricultural tool above a first carried or towed by a tractor, by means of hydraulic jacks, the device comprising means for maintaining a constant attitude of the second tool at least during the raising and lowering of the latter. The two tools 1, 7 are connected to one another by a non-deformable rectangular frame consisting of two parallel connecting rods 8 articulated at their ends to the lateral ends of two transverse beams 10, 12 securely fastened to the first tool 1 and to the second tool 7 respectively, two hydraulic jacks 16 each articulated on one side to the framework of the first tool and on the other side to a respective connecting rod 8, causing the connecting rods to pivot between a bottom position in which the second tool is in the working position and a top position in which the second tool is in the raised position. <IMAGE>
