The invention relates to devices for taking samples of bulk loose material at the intake of a bulk loose material store. These devices are situated under the grid of the reception pit, in order to assign the samples to the batch in question with certainty. By way of example, these devices may consist of tubes with a closeable slit, which are inclined or horizontal with pneumatic transport and placed at the constriction of a converging/diverging hopper. Auxiliary devices for detecting the level of the slope and the position of the stack make it possible to give information to the system for acquisition of the various magnitudes characterising the operation, in order to validate the assignment and representivity thereof. <IMAGE>
