Disclosed is a high-hardness thin film-type transparent sheet glass comprising: a glass substrate; a thin film layer which includes an inorganic oxide and is formed on one surface of the glass substrate by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD); and a barrier layer formed between the glass substrate and the thin film layer, wherein the barrier layer prevents the departure of ions from the glass substrate.
