AUTOMATIC TICKET EXAMINATION SYSTEM, TICKET EXAMINATION DEVICE, AND GET-ON/GET-OFF MANAGEMENT AND TICKET INSPECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate or simplify an inside ticket inspection while preventing erroneous or illegal getting on a train and further to attain complete automation. SOLUTION: A data processing unit(DPU) 4 at a station control computer 2 transmits the start of ticket examination and information on a designated train to start the ticket examination through a private communication line 3 to automatic ticket examination machines 1a and 1b for entrance, the automatic ticket examination machines 1a and 1b examine only the seat reservation ticket of designated train while permitting the passage and transmit that ticket examination information through the private communication line 3 to the DPU 4 and the DPU 4 sums up the transmitted ticket examination information as seat information, prints it out through a printer 7 and transmits that seat information through a radio communication unit 5 and an antenna 6 to a seat managing terminal installed in the designated train by radio.
