<p>A hybrid-display timepiece comprising one or more liquid-crystal display elements (34,35,36) is more harmonious when the said liquid- crystal display elements are arranged around an analog display (32,33) situated at the centre of the dial. For this purpose, it is judicious to have only a single plate (2) common to the various liquid-crystal display elements and forming a dial for the analog display timepiece movement. This plate further constitutes the upper polariser of the liquid-crystal display elements, this bringing a saving in total thickness of the movement and permitting modular manufacture to order. <IMAGE></p> |
