The invention concerns a device permitting immediate access to any area of the plenum, without tools and without disassembly work. It consists of a Z-shaped hinge 7 engaging and sliding in an inverted T-shaped profile stem of the open stem type 10, by virtue of the soldered and notched component 9 which ensures the stability of the hinge 7 in the profile 10. The pin 8B of the component 8 engages in the L-shaped notches 3 formed in the wings of the corner irons 2. The corner irons 2 engage in the grooves 1B of the tiles 1. They are connected by crosspieces 4, immobilising the tiles by means of cleft holes 6. The tiles are disengaged and pivot about the pins 8B, freeing the space between the T-shaped profiles 10 and thus permitting access to the service ducts. <IMAGE>
