Defoamer emulsion based on organofunctionally modified polysiloxanes, which is obtainable by mixing one or more organofunctionally modified polysiloxanes which are defined in more detail and if appropriate finely divided silica and emulsifying the mixture using a low-shear stirrer with water which contains a hydrophilic organofunctionally modified polysiloxane.
