PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a user-friendly drawer that does not cause much backlash, has a high grade, and requires small operation force even if a load is applied. SOLUTION: In the refrigerator having the drawer, a rail member 31 comprises a fixed rail 31a; a movable rail 31b; an intermediate running rail 31c; and a rotation support member 31d for supporting the engagement between the intermediate running rail 31c, and the fixed rail 31a and the movable rail 31b. A sliding section in a range in which a plurality of rotation support members 31d, such as a bearing, travel is coated with a lubricant 31e having lubrication properties even at a low temperature. While the fixed rail 31a, the movable rail 31b, the intermediate running rail 31c, the rotation support member 31d, and the lubricant 31e are incorporated in advance, the fixed rail 31a is fixed to both the sidewall surfaces of an inner box 20, so that the movable rail 31b is fixed to each storage chamber door, thus smoothly moving the movable rail 31b and reducing the operation force of the drawer, and hence improving the ease of use of the refrigerator.
