The method for performing multi-color printing on the surface of cylindrical plastic container, is composed of the surface heat-treating process for heat-treating the surface of the container and flattening the printing surface; container feeding process for feeding the heat-treated container to the printing position; focus-setting/printing-surface setting process for setting the standard printing-surface when the container arrives at the printing position; printing process for printing on the surface of the container by lowering the printing head; container-returning /surface-drying process for feeding the printing-finished container to the drying apparatus.
