The pipe (17) is pivoted, and its intake opening is in fluid connection with the rinsing tank. In a first end position of the pipe, during initial filling of tank and pipe, the centre of gravity of pipe and fluid moves across the pipe pivot axis (25), into a second end position. Further filling of tank and pipe causes the centre of gravity to move back across the pivot axis. It returns the pipe into the first end position. The pipe is retained in the second position by fixing elements, which are released when the pipe moves back.
