METHOD TO PRODUCE MOULDED PIECES OF THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER REINFORCED WITH FIBERS AND PRODUCT PRODUCED BY THE METHOD

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: pieces of thermoplast polymer reinforced with inorganic fibers are produced out of accurately composed initial mixtures of THERMOPLASTIC polymer particles, polymeric modifier and bundles of inorganic fibers fed under definite conditions directly in casting machine. Pieces are characterized by perfect temperature of thermal deformation as compared with pieces produced out of mixtures, that before moulding were subjected to preliminary compounding. EFFECT: pieces have perfect temperature of thermal deformation.
