PURPOSE: To provide the surface shape having a light weight and a high strength of various tubular element such as a beam tube in which a large bending force or a collapsing force is operated upon reception of a large deflection deformation. CONSTITUTION: The resin of the surface of a tubular element body formed by baking a prepreg in which reinforcing fiber 16 is impregnated or mixed with resin 18 is formed in the state to cover in an ultra-thin film state without almost exposing the fiber 16, and the region in which a filmlike resin surface 20 is formed in a finely rough surface state is provided. |
