PURPOSE: To provide an electronic device case and an unnecessary radiation reduction method, wherein electromagnetic waves are surely prevented from leaking out of the case even if the case is provided with an aperture, and the device case is excellent in flexibility and capable of coping with a reduction in the size and thickness of an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic material-containing resin composition composed of 7 to 60% by weight of binder resin (a) and 40 to 93% by weight of magnetic powder (b) is molded into a sheet of thickness 70 to 300μm, and the sheet is provided to the inner surface of a case equipped with a conductive layer around the aperture of the case adjoining to it.
