Ferroelectric constructional element comprises: (a) an amorphous membrane layer (MS); (b) an intermediate layer (ZS); (c) a 1st electrode layer (E); (d) a ferroelectric layer (FS); and (e) a 2nd electrode layer (E'). Prodn. of the element is also claimed, in which: (i) an amorphous membrane layer (MS) is produced on a substrate (S); (ii) an intermediate layer (ZS) having crystallographic structure is deposited on the membrane layer (MS) so that the layer is parallel to the substrate surface; and (iii) further orientated layers are deposited on the intermediate layer (ZS), and comprising a 1st electrode layer (E) made of Pt and electrically conducting La/Sr cobaltates, and a ferroelectric layer (FS).
