The package has two parallel lateral walls (3) and the base can be refolded onto themselves around fold lines in the same median plane of the package. The base of the lateral walls which can be refolded can be provided with a tear off strip or a line of weakness (9,10,17). This allows detachment of the lateral walls from the base and-or the central position of the upper section, and also aids folding flat of the empty packaging.
