As a motor(11) of an auger drive unit(6) is operated, the rotary output is decelerated in the multi-steps by the planetary gear group(12a)(12b)(12c) of three steps that consist of a planetary gear decelerating device(12), and a decelerating output shaft(16) operates the small size gear(13) by the decelerated output, thus the small gear rotates the large gear(14).
