PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel capable of restraining the error of the interval accuracy of a lens inside a lens frame within severalμm with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This lens barrel is provided with plural lenses 3 and 4, and the lens frame 2 aligning the optical axis of the respective lenses at a specified interval and holding the lenses. At least three steel balls 10 abutting on lens surfaces facing each other between two lenses among the lenses 3 and 4 are provided. The three steel balls are arrayed, so that the centers of the steel balls are positioned on the same periphery centering a lens optical axis. The steel ball 10 is provided, so that it abuts on a part 11 obtained by nearly tripartitioning an inside peripheral surface 2e having an inside diameter size smaller than the size of a maximum inside diameter part 2c formed on the lens frame 2, and a wall part 2e controlling the movement of the steel ball 10 in a peripheral direction and a diameter direction is provided on the frame 2.
