The frozen food cooking control method of a microwave oven having a humidity sensor and a weight sensor, and capable of performing an automatic cooking in accordance with the humidity sense, comprises the steps of: sensing a weight of the cooking material, if a frozen food cooking select is performed; setting a thawing time based upon the sensed weight, and performing a thawing mode; presetting the humidity sensor, if the thawing is completed, and performing a cooking mode; calculating an additional time, if a humidity changing value set during a performance of the cooking mode is sensed; and completing the cooking after progressing the cooking during the additional time.
