The tension brackets (2) are tightened from the top and go through the base (1) of the case. The brackets penetrate a sealing rail (8) which as it moves with the brackets seals the lengthwise slot (6) in the case's base. The brackets with tension elements are each mounted in a support (4) which moves over the lengthwise slot in the case's base. The sealing rail consists of several telescopic parts restricted in their movement by stop pieces. Pins fit into longitudinal grooves in the underneath telescopic end piece (14,11). The sealing rail is movable in a guide rail (7) opened at the ends and underneath, fixed to the case's base, with an elongated hole cut out for the tension bracket.
