A method for reshaping a highly filled acrylic sheet comprises heating the top of the sheet to 140-150 deg C and the bottom of the sheet to 170 deg C and then tempering the sheet at 150 deg C before thermally insulating the sheet and reshaping it at a rate of 150-300 mm/minute. Moulded articles made by this method is also claimed.
