Container for electric vehicle traction battery for test-stand purposes

A container for a traction battery of an electric vehicle for testing purposes has the following features. Several pivoting rollers (3) make the battery transportable. The container walls (4) provide electrical, thermal and fire-preventing insulation. Interfaces (8) are provided in order to get to the battery terminals. A waste air opening (11) and a feed air opening (10) with flaps (12) are provided. After removal of a waste-air hose, the relevant flap closes automatically. The flaps for the feed air have central locking. At least two side walls and an upper hood (7) can be dismantled easily. A shorter side wall is fixed and carries a waste air opening with hose union at the highest point.
