PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize forced cooling of a round joint related to a delivery eye by coupling a first cooling channel directly with a second channel in a round joint designed as a hollow conductor. SOLUTION: A round joint 20 has rectangular shape and designed as a hollow conductor having a second cooling channel 9. First cooling channel 8 of a delivery eye 5 is coupled freely with a cooling channel 10 in a pipe joint 11 and the second cooling channel 9 in the round joint 20. The first cooling channel 8 of the delivery eye 5 is also coupled freely with the induction region 32 of a fan in order to ensure forced cooling of a delivery eye 5b and the round joint 20. Each round joint 20 is sealed with a seal cap 23 and the second cooling channel 9 is opened to an insulating tube 31 through the seal cap 23 and a joint 21. The insulating tube 31 is secured, at one end thereof, to a barrier wall 33 through screw joint.
