<p>Permanent geotechnical anchors are completely and permanently sealed against penetration of water and their service life is therefore at least equal to the service life of construction works, while the state of anchors is controllable in every moment and the premature failure can be detected in time. The invention is solving the problem of corrosion of steel, which takes place due to occurrence of electrochemical macro-elements and access of water and dissolved oxygen to the surface of steel as well as due to the effect of rambling currents. Steel strands (1) in the free part of the geotechnical anchor are protected with wax and coated with PE mantle, while a ribbed pipe (4) and all the pipes for the primary injection (19, 20) and venting as well as the tip (5) of the anchor are made of PE. To separate the underlay plate (12) and the anchor head (13) from the anchoring place (21), an insulating plate made of cevolite (22) is inserted, while the anchor head itself (13) is protected with the mobilux EP2 or eurol maylit EP2 (28) grease. During the process of assembling of the permanent geotechnical anchor, the contact between the lubricated and non-lubricated part of the strand (1) is sealed with the sealing putty Sikaflex 11.</p> |
