FORMATION OF SWEEP-OUT MOTION PROFILE OF APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING INDEPENDENT-SECTION GLASS WARE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for selectively forming or changing the motion profile of an operation mechanism especially for the production of independent-section glass ware even by a minimally trained operator. SOLUTION: The memory of an electronic controlling apparatus 10 of an independent-section glass ware production system stores a motion profile and controls the periodic motion of an operation mechanism. Each profile has a sectional linear contour having a motion value and a time value and defined by a plural number of control points. An operator can selectively display one profile and change the time accompanying to one or more control points. The data on the motion data vs. time is automatically calculated on the whole profile by the controller while keeping the sectional linear contour of the whole profile.
