The holder has a support part (2) made from hard plastics and a pot-shaped insert area (3,4) of soft plastics with a closed surface. The insert area has at least two cylinder-like sections of different diameter, which run into each other. A metal spring (20,21) provided on the outside of the insert area, is strip-like and bent in a U with the web running along the base of the insert area and the arms running along the side faces.
