FIELD: endoprosthesis of metacarpophalangeal joint; applicable in formation of diastasis between joining bone surfaces. SUBSTANCE: silicone implant in form of cap is made thickening in central part ensuring diastasis between bones. Cap side surface has slots ending at level of point of fastening of side ligaments of metacarpophalangeal joint. Installation of implant between joining surfaces prevents atresia of joint cavity. EFFECT: absent tissue necrosis above prosthesis. 2 dwg
