摘要 |
<p>Method for detecting biomechanical compliance level of blood vessels substitutes with corresponding indices of coronary arteries. Observance of biomechanical compliance level provides stability and antiresorption endurance of blood vessels prostheses in order to avoid aneurysm and stenosis at anastomosis site and to avoid dysfunction of anastomosis in cases of aortic-coronary by-pass in patients with coronary sclerosis. Method provides investigation of the following biomechanical characteristics of artery and blood vessel implant: extension of outer diameter of blood vessel, elongation level of blood vessel wall, tangent modulus of elasticity of blood vessel wall at certain tension. Above mentioned criteria should be similar of both curable vessel and prosthesis.</p> |
