FIELD: food-production industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically-active additive to food-stuffs additionally contains pantocrine, and in function of sweeting matter used are inverted sugars. Relative proportioning of soluble food fibres, inverted sugar, and pantocrine is as follows: (0.02-3.1):(99-45): (0.002-0.15). Biologically-active additive can be used in production of soft drinks, light-alcoholic drinks, sauces, semi-finished products for bakery items, marmalade, etc. This allows for production of biologically-active additive possessing antidepressant, tonic, antioxidant, antiinflammable, immunocorrecting, and general health-strengthening characteristics. Aforesaid additive enhances physical and mental abilities, brings favorable effect on gastrointestinal tract due to optimal selection of ingredients caused by synergy action of components.
