PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforcing yarn sheet having an excellent resin impregnation, being excellently spread to a corner part, having excellent workability and high strength. SOLUTION: In this reinforcing yarn sheet woven by using a reinforcing yarn as warps and a yarn as weft having a lower fineness than that of the warps, the reinforcing yarn sheet characteristically satisfies the relation between (x) and (y) of inequality I: (-0.09)x+183>=y<=(-0.09)x+137 and inequality II: 450<=x<=950 when (x) is the cover factor of warp = [warp fineness (denier)]1/2×[warp density (warps/cm)] and (y) is the cover factor of weft = [weft fineness (denier)]1/2×[weft density (wefts/cm)].
